My sister had her hair & makeup done for her bridal shower and Ana did a wonderful job! We were very pleased :)

You know the panic feeling you get when you go to a salon because you never get quite get the same beautiful hair cut or foil every time, well that never happens at Ra. I can go in and fall asleep, and come out just the way I imagine before I go in beautiful as usual. Ana's the best at foiling my thick natural curly hair. It is so soft and shiny afterwards to, thanks to the amazing natural Aveda products she uses. 5 stars is the only rating I can think of!
It has the FULL spa experience! Also they take their time and there are many extras with your hair service. Also the staff is very attentive!

My only fear of writing this is that once RA is discovered by everyone (and it will be) that I'll never be able to get in for an appointment. :) I had by far the BEST salon experience yesterday at RA in Redmond. There have been times in my life when I've liked my hair, there have been times when I've detested my hair, but never before have I LOVED my hair, until...yesterday. Ana (the artistic director) took my hair from unhealthy & overprocessed to healthy & gorgeous. Her knowledge, skill set, personality and enthusiasm for her industry and for RA specifically was something that I hadn't encountered in a long time. She took her time with me, explained everything in detail and made sure I was comfortable every step of the way. The outcome was fantastic, and I'll never go anywhere else for my hair. In addition to Ana & the fabulous team at RA, they are also an Aveda concept salon. Their passion for their product is never misdirected as an overbearing need to SELL the product, and as a consumer this is something I greatly appreciate. By the end of my appointment I felt more pampered and fab then anytime I've been to any of RA's upscale competitors...and for a fraction of the price. It's a no-brainer Washington...the best of the best is right here in little ol' Redmond. Thank you RA!
I have been going to this salon for 4 1/2 years, the attention and service always exceeds my expectations! I love getting personalized looks from Ana and amazingly zen facials from Erin!
After trying many Salons over the years, I've finally found one
that actually listens, and makes excellent suggestions regarding my hair needs. The atmosphere is great and the employees professional yet relaxed and very friendly. I'll be customer for a long time to come.
