The focus at Punjab Sweets has always been about the quality and freshness of the food. We don't offer a lunch buffet as most Indian restaurants do. Our emphasis is on providing made to order food that is authentic and delivers a homemade taste. We do not take any cooking short cuts for our customers. Yogurt and paneer (cheese) are prepared fresh daily from milk. Our sauces and chutneys as well as each entrée are made from scratch, because we do not buy anthing pre-prepared. The success of our restaurant lies in the preparation and delivery of our food. Each item is derived from the Punjab region in India and made sure that the authenticity of the dish is maintained and presented just as it would be in India.
We pride ourselves in being a vegetarian only restaurant and bakery. All items are void of any animal products or fats and the taste has proved to be successful among vegetarians and non-vegetarians as well. All flours used in the preparation of the food are unbleached and of the highest quality and trans fat has never been used in any of our products.
