Just went with a big group of friends, everything that I tried was amazing. I had the Salmon, it was delicious. The big hit was the rack of Wild Boar. Sounds a little scary, but it was perfectly prepared and tasted wonderful. The service was excellent too. It's a must to check out.

We just got back from dinner here and it was amazing...I had the duck and it was perfectly cooked in a wonderful sauce. The Polenta tots are worth a trip there alone....delicious! I also had the soup of the day butternut squash which was phenonomenal.

Preservation Kitchen is exactly the kind of restaurant I love. The service and quality is consistent, and the menu is unique.
Since it's opening, we've dined at Preservation Kitchen three times and enjoyed it each time. The menu has enough variety that every person in our party easily found something to be excited about.
The wine list is very good, featuring local wineries as well as interesting picks from abroad. I especially appreciate the fact that they offer many great glass pours.
When you go, consider the polenta 'tots' as a fun app, the wild boar ragu, and the dense chocolate cake. all of these have been crowd favorites.
We are very excited to have a solid neighborhood restaurant nearby!

Love, love and more love! The food is excellent and affordable. The restaurant is situated in a beautiful, warm and charming craftsman house. They use local ingredients and have a local winelist at only $15 above cost. You can't go wrong here, it's the best in my book!

So so good! I have been 3 times now since they opened about 6 weeks ago. Everything about this place is affordable, thoughtful and remarkable. Even better, it is completely devoid of pretension or fussiness. Not bad for the 'burbs!

Perhaps one of the top three most unique and exquisite dining experiences available in the Seattle area. HIGHLY recommended!! Hats off to one of the most palate secreting menu's I have ever encountered. Value abounds given the luxuriously complex and well appointed menu. I don't get to the Seattle area very often, but when I do you can be sure I will make an appearance. foodreviewer777
