Pine River Ranch is not a traditional B & B. Our guest rooms are not all located in the main house. Two suites are located in the main house, the other 4 are located in two separate buildings. Leavenworth's most private Bed & Breakfast. This is the place for couples who are seeking a bit more luxury, quiet and space in a tranquil natural setting. Leavenworth lodging at it's finest!

I love that they bring the breakfast right to your room. Tim and his wife were such wonderful hosts and the property is beautiful! We can't wait for another opportunity to stay there again.
We loved the quiet atmosphere in the hills with the snow greeting us daily each of the three days we spent there. Each morning we were greeted with a lucious breakfast delivered right to our door. Our friendly hosts went out of their way to accommodate us in any way we needed. We enjoyed a delightful stay and would love to return again.
What a beautiful BnB! My wife and I loved the seclusion of our private suite and the huge breakfast delivered to our door was great!
I have gone there with my significant other and screwed up the reservation dates. They were very accomodating with what they had open that night even though it was not the room I orginally asked for. Very friendly, excellent food, close to leavenworth. Worth the money spent for a romantic weekend away.
Why would'nt I !! It is calm, the view all around is so pretty. It was my first choice to get married but alittle over our budget. You could enjoy Leavenworth for the day then go to a wonderful relaxing room an not even worry about cooking breakfast.
Stunning location - Accessible - Superb room and appointments - Quiet - Breakfast brought to our room each morning - You have to ask yourself "If this isn't perfect, we must be pretty close!". So go ahead and give Pine River Ranch a try, and I know you'll have to pinch yourself to check you're not dreaming. Cheers.

Place was great, breakfast brought to you very good food, loved the views, very queit, and we also loved their dog. You get to walk to a nearby river and just sit and enjoy everything that was around us.
because they are wonderful hosts. Very kind and friendly. The property is absolutely gorgeous and peaceful. And the breakfasts are phenomenal!!!!

Beautiful setting, great hosts, fabulous choc. covered strawberries (to die for!) and champagne, clean, comfortable, peaceful, romantic, good food and more. A wonderful place to get away from it all. Relaxation and serenity at it's best. Oh and the best mascot...their dog Bailey!
Do NOT pass up those chocolate covered strawberries. They make them right there with their own choc. recipe. Not waxey, truly FABULOUS!
We can't thank them enough for making our 10th wedding anniversary a truly lovely stay. I hope this helps in some way. They deserve it.
Wonderful setting
My wife and I stayed there for our 2nd Anniversary. Which was amazing. The owner Tim is the one who checks you in and makes and delivers your breakfast every morning. It is a personal warm feeling when you meet people as genuine as that. The rooms are phenominal each one having there own theme. I can just say what a beautiful experience with heritage that pine river ranch has and holds. Not to mention you are only 10 minutes from Leavenworth and 20 minutes from Stevens Pass. I would recommend to anyone wanting a romantic getaway to either just relax or to see the sites, Pine River Ranch.
P.S. Best breakfast my wife and I had ever had.

It's a very relaxing and romantic enviroment. The customer service was fantastic they made us feel very comforatable. I 'd definatley go back again!
You will find a tranquil atmosphere that is surrounded with warm hospitality, a very romantic get away with all the comforts needed for a quiet weekend, yet close local attractions for a day of adventure.
