In the past I have avoided dealer service departments after numerous unfortunate experiences. But Phil Smart's service department has converted me to a very pleased customer. In fact, we now own two MB autos and couldn't be happier with the cars and the excellent service we are getting.

I have been a Phil Smart client since 1991 and have purchased 5 Mercedes from them in that time. There have been highs and lows but they always make the lows right.
