Ann gives us total peace of mind when she cares for our pets. She is very thorough in her pre-visit interview. She writes a daily report to let us know exactly how our pets were doing. She even does chores and keeps everything nice and clean. She plays with the pets and they love her.

We have a very old, grumpy cat that hates everyone except us. She actually went right up to Ann and wanted to be petted. It was AMAZING!!! Ann is always cheerful and reliable, too.
