Had my first tattoo a few months ago. Had a recommendation from family to go to Painless Steel. I had my own design which Justin was able to reproduce and maintain the design integrity. He finished the tattoo quicker than expected and it looks great! I get compliments and comments all the time and I am constantly giving out recommendations for others to go to Painless Steel.

Everyone at Painless Steel work hard to make the shop feel comfortable and inviting. They've never tried to pressure me into any tattoo and make sure that it's EXACTLY what I want before the needle reaches the skin. Also, the shop is always really clean, which is a huge thing for me!
I knew this was the shop for me from the minute I walked in. It was bright and cheery. Derek was so great helping me get set up with the artist that was perfect for my needs. Justin did such a great job; my tattoo is more than I could have ever imagined.
