Given the ambiance, the professional staff and the delectable dishes, I'm hooked! Never before have I had such a memorable dining experience. Everyone I've sent that way has said the same. "Gorgeous food and atmosphere!" In fact if you're lucky , you may even see a celebrity or two... I did :)

The Pacific Grill is by far one of the finest restaurants in the Seattle/Tacoma area. The food is superb, and the service is excellent. They make us feel like family every time we visit, and the menu accomodates every one`s tastes. Chef Aaron Valimont`s experience and style come through in every meal....unbeatable!

You want have a great memory created they have the outstanding staff to take care of that for you. From the time you walk through the front door all they way until you pick up your car from the valet these guys are spot on.

The Pacific Grill has become my favorite - for the past 2 1/2 yrs now. We celebrate our bdays there, anniversary, and simple going to have INSANE meal with excellent service - and tastful decor. We take new friends and old friends there often- and they become regulars as well. Keep up the excellent work - and for someone who has dairy and gluten issues - your wait staff and chef is always accomadating to ALL my needs every time. Lorina Gardner (wildflowersvtg)

If you can rate the quality of a city by the dining options it has to offer, then Pacific Grill certainly makes Tacoma a sparkling diamond. This is my first choice for a romantic evening out. Their servers are knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. If you're not a wine drinker, try the dry sodas.
