In Italy an osteria is traditionally a small, intimate, restaurant that serves regional cuisine. This is what owner Carlo Guida strived to create with his restaurant Osteria da Primo which opened in 2005.
Carlo mixes the spicy flavors of southern Italy with dishes he grew to love while living in other parts Italy. The wine list is comprised of 100% Italian wines & most desserts are imported from Italy, but the tiramisu is made in house and has been known to inspire standing ovations. Pizzas are made the traditional way in a wood fired brick oven.
Whether you are looking for a quick snack & glass of wine, a beer & pizza at the bar, or a five course meal and a bottle of wine Osteria da Primo is the perfect spot. Minutes from Seatac Airport & downtown, Osteria da Primo may be difficult to find for the first time but you will easily find your way back time and time again.

The food served at Primo's is just like you find at the best restaurants in Italy, and the atmosphere is superb as well.

Great food, excellent, personal service. Try the salmon with garlic, lemon and capers--It's delish!
Non-instrusive, wonderful Italian music in the background.
Try some of the imported wine. Cozy neighborhood ambiance.

This is by far the absolute best Itallian Restaurant around. I have not tasted such authentic and delicious food since I was a child. It is my favorite restaurant period. It is a little difficult to find even though it is on the main drag in Burien, but is well worth the search.
