Huge waste of money for slabs of metal, OHH WOW so moving, a rusty wall!! My beagles could leave better artwork on the lawn!
This is the biggest eyesore in Seattle because of how it blocked the view of the water for some many apartments adjacent to it.
I seriously don't know where the sculptures are at this place. I don't know how they can get away with calling it a sculpture park!
it would have been way better to just have empty space, no sculptures. just some picnic benches and maybe a playground. the "art" there is awful! it just obstructs the view...
Eye sore, insult, waste of public funds, this "park" should be in the running for all of those. A park, with guards to keep you off the grass, and from touching what is supposedly public art.... who did the "planning and thinking" on this project?
Just plain stupid!
Sorry just don't get it.
And whats up with putting in a sculpture park where the only ones who can touch the sculptures are the birds and rats? Lame.
All you see is "don't touch" signs and guards to make sure you don't go on the grass. Why bother!
Why a typing eraser? And WHAT is with the naked, Man-Boy-Love fountain?
What is this doing here?
An amazing waste of money and it's not even useful. For those who find the Alaskan Way Viaduct bad looking, at least it's needed and used!
