I live out in Kitsap County and it's tough to get out to Belle Square, but when the Oil and Vinegar runs low, travel to Bellevue I must... I simply cannot run out. The Series 7 Vinegar is by far my favorite but that never stops me from trying something new each time.

I love cooking with all the different oils, I enjoy the variety of oils and vinegars for making salad dressings, and their Bruschetta dried herb mix makes THE BEST pasta sauce!
