Over 40 years ago, Carl and Gertie Krautheim began creating their signature chocolates the old-fashioned way, by hand, using only premium chocolate in the tradition of French chocolatiers. The Oh! Chocolate tradition continues as three generations of family follow the recipes and techniques perfected by Carl and Gertie to produce the finest handmade chocolates available.
