Kudos goes to Terry in the Service Dept. of Northwest MINI. He accepted my 2007 Mini Cooper Hatchback-S from Anchorage, AK; he had both the engine and body fixed up; he protected it when a BBB F-rated carrier that tried to take possession; he released my Mini to a reputable carrier for shipment from Tacoma, WA to Orlando, FL. Moreover, he kept me informed on all actions! Terry’s professionalism is extraordinary and it reflects NW MINI quality performance—an A+ dealership.

Well the service had been great, and they have been very nice when we've been there. Not pushes like most places.
Northwest MINI has always treated me well even though I had originally bought my MINI from out of State. I rarely had to wait long to make a service appointment. My car was usually seen within a couple of days of calling for an appointment.
I appreciate the fact that NW MINI recently worked on my car on a Saturday (not their normal work day). They strived to get my MINI done so I would not miss a car show the next day (Sunday).
Another added plus is that their waiting room is very comfortable. High speed Internet access is provided for free. There's even a wide assortment of refreshments and goodies provided to snack on. NW MINI has it all! :)

The staff at Northwest Mini is great. They are very friendly and do a good job explaining their services. Buying my car there was exciting! They also have a great waiting room plus tons of cool stuff to dream about getting for your Mini!
