Next To Nature was started in West Seattle, an in-city neighborhood of Seattle, WA in 1995. Bea and Cliff took over Next to Nature from its second owner in June of 2001 and have made it into one of the premier pet (dog and cat) supply stores in the Northwest. In addition to an entirely remodeled original footprint, Next to Nature more than doubled in the summer of 2003 to greatly expand its already legendary selection of (almost) everything a pet or pet lover could desire as well as to increase the area devoted to cat and kitten adoptions sponsored by the Friends of the Animals Foundation. Next to Nature- West Seattle is a regular meeting place for dog and cat lovers from all over Western Washington.
Right at the junction. Great staff; chill vibe. Right next to great eats to pamper yourself after the animals.
