A fixture of Seattle's vibrant Capitol Hill neighborhood since 1999, Monsoon marries traditional Vietnamese cuisine with Pacific Northwest innovation and serves it up with one of the best wine lists in the region. Monsoon is the shared passion of sibling chefs Eric and Sophie Banh, who bring traditions all the way from the family kitchen in their native Saigon.
Their happy hour is the best. The cocktails are sublime and creative and the pork sliders are to die for.
