Owner and chef Elisa Marzano has been delighting local palates for 20 years in the Tacoma suburb of Parkland, Washington. Born and raised near the city of Vicenza in Northern Italy, Elisa brings with her the passion of cooking Italian cuisine. Marzano Italian Restaurant successfully attracted crowds from throughout the area, quickly outgrowing its 24-seat capacity location. In the summer of 1993 Elisa renovated a quaint two-bedroom home into a charming and comfortable 55-seat restaurant. The menu has evolved beautifully over the years with the addition of many talented and dedicated chefs, and now highlights classic and modern Italian dishes while incorporating Northwest stylings.
