After more than 30 years a name becomes a valuable commodity to any business but what had begun as a "Yamaha Only" store had evolved into much, much more. Even though the Powers family agonized over their decision to make the Lynnwood Yamaha, Inc. name go away and replace it, they felt like the name had become as limiting as the space the previous store had available.
The primary line for most of those 30 years had been Yamaha but a few years ago the growth in the powersports industry has enabled the Family run business to expand its offering to include Ski-doo, KTM and Polaris with plans to continue to carefully consider other additions. With the new move, the Powers family felt it was time to make a name change that would reflect the broader product line and the dealership's commitment to growth.
After lots of brainstorming, LYNNWOOD MOTOPLEX emerged as the name that best expressed the families enlarged vision. For a couple years you will see that all of the advertising will include the phrase 'LYNNWOOD MOTOPLEX, new home of Lynnwood Yamaha, Inc.' The Powers family wants to communicate that we are not different than we were in terms of ownership and commitment to our customers - we are 'more' than we were.

The employees are very knowledgable about their products. They are always friendly and eager to help with any questions.
The front desk girls are always smiling and greeting people. All of the sales men are very knowledgeable about their inventory, including the KTM specialist. The parts department has helped me many times and generally have alternatives to some options to save me money. Service has never given me any problems and the guys back there are always helpful and always explain very clearly what was wrong with my bike and how they fixed it and if they ran into any problems. If you are looking for either Dirt or Street bikes, quads, or watercrafts, I would definately recommend Lynnwood Motoplex for any of those things!
