Its simple really... I've been cooking for over 20 Years. I took a break from it for a few years but the passion was always in my heart. When my Father's dying wish was for me to get back into it, I did. I opened Louie G's in Fife, WA in 2007 after 2 months remodeling which included true New York Ovens and putting up everything I own as collateral. Here we are. My lovely wife Andrea are in this together as owners & Operators. I work over 100 hours a week to make sure the quality and service is #1. We are not here to make Millions, we are here to simply to " Feed the People".

This is my parents place. Without any biased opinion involved, this place has the best food ever! There is so much value in every place they serve. Not to mention they have great music and entertainment come in every weekend as well! My parents have done such a great job putting together a place that people like to work, eat, drink, and socialize at! Congrats Lou & Mom and I love you!

I like good pizza but , WOW! This was spectacular. Seriously. I had their pizza when my band "Borrowed Time" played there a couple of months ago and loved it. I live in Bellevue and consider driving all the way to Fife for pizza. Crazy as it may seem!

The best pizza around the southsound, and they are a family owned family friendly establishment. Their all ages venue for rock shows is awesome! Best duo of pizza and rock and roll that I have ever experienced! Hands down!
