The historic Latona Pub, located in the beautiful Greenlake neighborhood, was built sometime in the early 1920's. In 1933, the Latona survived as a post- prohibition watering hole, but during this time fell into disrepair because of the heavy smoke and general wear and tear. Finally, in 1987, the pub caught the attention of three Seattle natives who purchased the pub. After making repairs, they re-introduced the Latona as the friendly neighborhood pub and hangout it was meant to be.
Best unsung neighborhood hangout,the Cheers of W. Washington---great beer selection, service, and tongue-swallowing food---THE BEST!!!!
