We will post the types of classes and changes to our schedule as we go, as well as all the other services we will be offering. So please check back from time to time to see the changes! Also coming will be showers!!! Tea room is open for relaxing before or after your class.

I've been to many of the hot yoga studios over the years, and Vidal's Lakeview Yoga is the most exceptional - if you want to learn and/or strengthen your practise in a pleasing, supportive and exapnsive environment, take a journey to this studio.
I cannot wait to return to my practise after a year's absence. It's becoming a yearning.......
