Lady Margaret will always get 5 stars from me. She will go above and beyond to find you just the perfect dress, even if it means flying to NewYork on the Red Eye to get my Mother Of the Bride Dress out of customs in time for the wedding which she did, with a day to spare. She never told me this, one of the sales associates did after the wedding. She is a classy honest woman, and she has done both my daughters wedding and myself, and all the ball gowns I have needed in the last 7 years. I always get compliments on the gowns and my daughter Maren's dress, as well as my own wedding gown were exquisite. I love you Margaret, and cannot thank you for all the years of tasteful service you have given me and my family, including the Christening gown for Maren's baby Piper. Thank you again, Sherri Lord-Smith.
Great Service! Great People! Best Selection!
They are wonderful
This place baffled me. They are high-pressure sales, and interestingly enough, it reminded me of going into a car dealership. The dressing rooms are spacious, they have an about average amount of dresses in stock to try on, and the salespeople are quite nice. Those are the only pros.
"Lady" Margaret was extremely rude, and I almost would have bought from here if she hadn't taken the tone that I was lying about other shops selling the Mori Lee dress for less and would have been willing to negotiate. She actually told me that she couldn't sell the dress to me at that price because she could get in trouble with Mori Lee for selling it below the lowest MSRP allowed, unless I brought in a note.
Needless to say, I left the shop and purchased my gown from another store in the area. I haven't been in school for years, so no way am I going to bring a "note" to someone to sell me an item at a certain price. Oh, and I discovered that they lied to me - the price I informed them the other shops were selling the dress at was at the lowest MSRP price allowed.
