She is a hard worker - believes in the best in every child and works hard to help the children find the best in themselves. Very kind and understanding
Principal Kinzer is a true inspiration to the kids at DBE. She connects with each and every one of them throughout the year. Excellent!

Ms Kinzer has turned our school around so that it is organized and well run; the teachers are happier, which means that the classrooms are happier. She always has a smile to share as kind words to the children. She is an inspiration to our children, and provides an environment that is happy and safe.
She is the best. All of us feel very lucky to have her as our principal. Bagley is in very good hands.
Not only is Kimberly Kinzer GREAT with the kids, but she is truly a people person. She came thru for our entire family, at a very low point, and let us know in no uncertain terms that we where loved and appreciated. I hope she knows how much she is LOVED & APPRECIATED!!!

Ms. Kinzer is a gem. She knows the kids by name and on more than one occasion has smoothly stepped in to comfort my own tearful child.

When my kindergartener fell off the monkey bars during recess and complained of a sore back Ms. Kinzer personally comforted her until I could arrive. I am impressed by Ms. Kinzers ability to communicate with the school children as well as their parents and always in a positive, caring and thoughtful manner.
On top of her game. All the kids are the winners!
She has fit in so well at DBE - filled some really big shoes, but walking her own path as well. We are so lucky to have her!!!
