I design client plans according to individual lifestyles, goals, natural body movements, current fitness levels and schedules. Through careful supervision and demonstration, I set my clients training based on his or her own individual natural movements and build structure from there. My belief is that everyone owns certain strengths or talents; finding, honing, defining and/or strengthening those are key to reaching success. I prefer to keep my clients routine fresh and focused, varying training times that suit busy schedules and will train at the studio, outside at a local park, or at my client’s office or home.
