Jade really cares about her clients. I have never in my life gone to a gym on a regular much less weekly basis like I do now. And a big part of that has to do with Jade. She creates workouts that help me work towards my fitness goals and keeps things mixed up. She has that hard to find balance between pushing you but not being overbearing either. I'm in the best shape I've been in ever. I feel better about my health and have been excited to see the results I've gotten....
