Ivar’s Seafood Restaurants began on Seattle's waterfront in 1938 by late "flounder" Ivar Haglund. Today, there are 25 award-winning Ivar's fast casual Seafood Bars and three full service, casual fine dining restaurants (Ivar's Acres of Clams, Ivar's Salmon House, Ivar's Mukilteo Landing). It also operates concessions throughout the Puget Sound.
