Industrial Massage was founded by Dale Newman, LMP, who has an extensive background in sports medicine. Dale worked with Olympic athletes, where the goal was to return the athlete to their sport as quickly as possible. Having an MBA, Dale saw a business productivity application and launched a pilot program with a Fortune 50 Company in 2005.
