Great Indian food, friendly service. I dont' think I've ever ordered anything I didn't love here. Always get a garlic naan.
India Bistro is awesome... all the food selections are great, the interior decor is actually "nice" (upscale compared to most), the service is quick and the people are friendly. Oh, and the prices are very reasonable. Of all the indian places around the U District, over to Ballard, this is our favorite place!
Fabulous--what more can I say?
This was a TOUGH call for me because I also LOVE two other Indian restaurants. Everything I have ever tasted at India Bistro has been delicious - no disappointments. The best palak paneer and fish tikka EVER! The prices are also extremely reasonable. You've got to try this place!
Everything is good here.
Its a tough choice between India Bistro and Taste of India. Try them both. Try both of their Mango Lassi's. But bring a special date to the Bistro.
Fabulous food, excellent service, and it's not too crowded or rediculously expensive. My personal favorite, as a vegetarian, is the Malai Kofta. It's a delicious cheese filled with dried fruit in their AMAZING red curry sauce. I love curry, and theirs is some of the best I've ever had.
