We care about our students and are so happy to help improve their heath. Hot Yoga is a challenging and exciting 90 minute workout. This practice tones, sculpts, heals and detoxifies the body. It is a combination of strength, cardio, stamina, and concentration. It is designed to soothe the nervous system, balance hormones, build cardiovascular strength, and improve the digestive system.
Hot Yoga of Mill Creek is the BEST! The teachers are extremely kind and helpful even though I struggle with my practice everyday! They go out of their way to be friendly and talkative with me and I just want to thank them for their kindness... they truly are the BEST!!! :) RACHEL #1 favorite instructor! THANKS!!!!! ~ Lindsey
