Hiroki is the best bakery in Seattle. It is wonderful mixture of delicacy of Japanese and European sophisticated flavor.

I go there often on Saturdays after a run around Green Lake. Very unique desserts and they have parking!!

The persimmon pudding cake (sold in late November, early December) is my ultimate favorite cake...so moist and full of yummy goodness!
