The quality of of the food at Hey Paison is outstanding. I am amazed that you can find food so good in such a humble town. It's totally worth the drive and easy to find if you're going anywhere near the airport. All the food is awesome but I really recommend the chicken philly cheese steak. The owner and the staff are friendly people.

I was working across the street one morning and could smell something so amazing I was drawn to Hey Paison. It was early in the morning so I had to wait until they opened at 11:00. I was totally expecting to experience a real Philly style beef steak sandwhich like I've seen on the Food Channel and Hey Paison delivered. I will definetely go back and recommend to my friends and co-workers. Oh ya, and the sandwich was HUGE! Great value.

I would recommend Hey Paison because it's flipping good. I flew in to Seattle for the first time and went straight to the sandwich shop. I was hungry and had to know if it was worth all the hype. IT TOTALLY IS. The Philly Cheesesteak was HUGE and a steal for the price. The sandwiches alone are enough for a recommendation, but the staff sent me over the edge. The guys there are super-nice, incredibly patient to an out-of-towner like myself, and they know their stuff. They're great!!!

I lived in Bucks County just north of Philly for a few years and grew to appreciate the local cuisine. The only problem with that is you can't get it anywhere else. Philly is an eater's city, and no other city has it's name attached to food outside it's borders more than Philly because of it's incredible cheesesteaks.

Until eating at Hey Paison a couple of weeks ago I never found a single place that I would recomend to anyone, to represent what a real Philly cheesesteak tastes like (I've lived 5 states all over the U.S.).

If you've never been to Philly and you want to taste a philly cheesesteak, cross the continent for dinner tonight or head down to Burien and get one from Hey Paison. It's really that simple.

It's not every place you are greeted with "hey paison!" and then served with bread and meats flown in from the East to form a real honest to gosh hoogie -- not a submarine, but a hoogie! And they are the best sandwich around!

i'm from the east coast, and cheesesteaks are my very favorite food. the cheesesteak i bought there today was, hands down, the best one i've had in washington. including my own.
