The cheesteak's there are absolutely amazing every time and the people there are always friendly. So excited to have an authentic Italian sandwich shop in Burien. =)

I'm from Philly and I can safely say that Ronnie makes the best Philly sandwiches this side of the Penn State border! And his cheesecake is to die for!

I'm from the east coast, and over the years I have been to a lot of places here in Seattle pretending to be east coast delis . "Hey Paison" is the real thing and well worth the trip to Burien. Check it out!

Fantastic experience,went there based on recommendation from Ex.Chef in Seattle area, had a Business client from New Jersey with me (very Italian) and was told this was the place for the "Best Philly steak" in the NW....we both agreed,6stars!!!!!!!!
