Our Pacific Northwest Region produces endless varieties of fresh and delicious ingredients. We have built our mission around delivering that bounty to our customers with seasonal menus and exceptional service. We choose to support regional growers from the San Juan Islands to the Wenatchee Valley and pride ourselves on creating recipes that highlight the flavors and characteristics of each locale. Food was very important to the success of our wedding and Herban Feast certainly delivered! We were very excited after our initial meeting with Chef Dalis, his creative talented palate and willingness to go 'off menu' & create something new had our heads spinning with possibilities! Herban Feast did a crab boil dinner for us a couple days prior to the wedding as well as our reception, people are still talking about the food!! The husband & I are dedicated fans and are ecstatic that we can continue to sample the talents of Herban Feast and Chef Dalis at their West Seattle restaurant - Fresh Bistro.
A bonus is they locally source their ingredients, the mint for the mojitos served at my reception came from BJ's (the owner) garden and they are eco-conscious!

The food is fabulous; the facility is unbeliveable; and BJ is a wonderful, professional to work with along with his staff. Our daughter's reception was perfect thanks to Herban Feast!
BJ and his crew are amazing. We got SO many compliments on the food at our wedding. They were also very helpful in the things that I might not have thought of myself. He steered my menu to more appropriate things for the season and asked if he could substitue things due to freshness and availability. He makes you feel comfortable for asking questions. I am still looking an excuse to throw a large party so I can use them again.
BJ and the crew know how to make you feel welcomed, and their food reflects their attention to detail and flare. Their new sodo spot is to die for- I was just there yesterday for the first time and the open house was amazing, the food incredible the space unreal and the Dj was playing amazing music.
Seriously perfect catering. BJ's menus are phenomenal and I've yet to try a dish that I wouldn't want everyone I know to try. On top of that their new event space is extraordinary! I'm looking forward to needing a large event just so I can show off that I know about Herban Feast and their stunning space.
Their food is fantastic! I love the mini crab cakes which have a little sweet potato in them and then a spicy sauce on top. Mmm, Mmm good. All the food is so fresh and looks so nice. The arrangement and presentation makes your mouth water and you can hardly wait to try each thing.
BJ Duft and his staff have it hands down for the freshest, most simply prepared and delicious food around. You feel as if you are eating at the home of a great chef, or a great restaurant.. as opposed to the typical wedding food catering we are used to [you know, fatty, creamy, overcooked, mushy??]. Their new space is to die for as well!
