I have been going to Helmet Head for years and are always more than happy with my hair afterwards. They are Queens of Color and some mean cuts. They are honest in what would look good and what wouldn't. We all need a little of that!

I've been getting my hair cut by Heather for 10 years now and she gives the best head I've ever had! She always keeps my style current and up to date never letting me get in a rut.
Allie at Helmet Head really knows how to cut curly hair. I have thin though plentiful curly hair and I always walk out with a fantastic cut that's easy to manage. I can style it in about 5 seconds with my fingers and a little sculpting gel. I looked for a stylist like that for years since moving from Chicago. She's also super quick. My appointments take about 15 minutes.
Helmet Head is also a fun place to go to in Georgetown. If you like dogs, motorcycle mamma decor,irreverent humor and friendly service, this is the place for you
