The Hästens Store Seattle opened its doors on the 18th of May, 2007. We were excited to be able to provide the Northwest with the most amazing beds available!
Every Hästens bed is handcrafted in Sweden using all natural, hard-wearing materials, such as horsehair, cotton, wool, flax, and pine from the North of Sweden.
Hästens' patented spring system is also unique. The Hästens Spring System is developed in such a way that each spring can move more independently of the others, creating the most pliable and flexible bed. This combined with the all-natural materials means your bed follows each contour of your body, giving you greater comfort and making the bed feel “bottomless”. When we sleep, the body is restored and new energy is gathered. Today, because we have higher stress levels than ever before, the bed is more than ever the most important piece of furniture in the home. As it should be, since we spend one third of our lives in bed.
