This style of martial arts beautifully blends many centuries of martial arts, including that of Bruce Lee, who directly influenced this style, this club, and Seattle. John Beall, who founded this club, has carried forward Bruce Lee's philosophy of combining Bruce's early Hong Kong training in Wing Chun with worldwide fighting styles. John Beall anticipated mixed martial arts fighting 15 years before it became the mega-sport it has become on TV today. The really interesting thing is John Beall only really wanted to include good people who wanted to protect themselves. John would never except people into training whom he perceived would use this extraordinarily well thought out and integrated style for a negative purpose. If you REALLY want to learn how to defend yourself, visit this very friendly club and check it out.
You will enjoy it.

Very powerful and practical self defense method with no wasted motion. We train with our shoes on, and every move is both offense and defense.
