Especially Issaquah Golds!!! Large, comtemporary, lots of classes, yoga, cardio theater, pool, etc, etc. CLEAN, friendly employees

The incredible dance programs offered by Gold's gym including Les Mills' BodyJam, Les Mills' Sh'Bam and Zumba make it the BEST place for adults to get their groove out without the need for leg warmers :)

Clean, friendly, facilities and classes are always updated and current, loads of classes, and a non threatening vibe...., there's something for everyone here,..from newbies to veteran athletes alike!

The biggest other gyms in the area only offer up to 60 Group Fitness Classes a week, where Gold's Gym Redmond and Gold's Gym Issaquah offer over 100 classes at each gym EVERY WEEK!!
