Today, the majority of Goetz Western Meat's business is with hotels, restaurants, institutions, hospitals and a number of other meat companies. Goetz still does a significant retail business with walk-in customers purchasing instutional size 10 lb. cases.
Goetz Western Meat offers old-fashioned hams, corned beef, hamburger patties and a wide variety of breakfast and ethnic bulk, patty and link sausages. Goetz's meat cutters cut pork, lamb, veal and prime and choice grades of aged beef. Goetz also distributes a variety of exotic meats, seafood, poultry and non-meat products.
