My husband and I couldn't have asked for a better DJ for our special day! Not only was the music amazing, but the DJ's even matched our wedding colors with their ties!! They definitely go above and beyond!!!
Ollie & Jered blew us away with their pefect balance of professionalism and fun. They were great communicators, had tons of music, took requests with ease, and genuinely enjoy what they do. They're very organized, they read a crowd well and are flexible. I would recommend them to anyone planning an event, big or small. They will give you exactly what you want!
My husband and I used Gen X as our wedding DJs and I couldn't have been more satisfied! With all the stresses of wedding planning, Jered and Ollie made this part of the process SUPER easy! When it came to the music, I knew exactly what I wanted, and I was pleased to learn that I would be given planners to fill out that would allow me to tell them what I want, down to every last detail. However, these planners also work well for couples who have no idea what type of music they want played because the planners come complete with a list of songs to help you out. These guys went over the top to help ensure our day was absolutely perfect! Just 2 weeks before the wedding, my husband and I sent them a list of songs that we wanted them to mix together for us to dance to. We had decided to choreograph a "dance-off" for our guests entertainment, and we couldn't have done it without Gen X! They spent countless hours working on the mix for us, sending us drafts of it to listen to and practice with. They were amazing and everything came together so perfect! Gen X is dedicated to providing their customers with 100% satisfaction and a perfect wedding day, and that is exactly what we got! Not only are they professional, detail oriented, and committed to what they do...they are super fun and easy to work with! You won't find two nicer guys..and that's why I recommend them to anyone! We had Jared & Ollie from Gen X Pro for our DJ's at our August 1st 2009 wedding. They were absolutely amazing! With all the stress of planning the big day, Jared & Ollie put us at ease. From the beginning steps of planning, all the way to the final day, they made everything go so smoothly. They gave us planning tools which made it so simple to decide how we wanted the ceremony & reception to go & what music we wanted played. We pretty much used their expertise & planning tools to make our whole itinerary from start to finish. They definately exceeded our expectations. I felt like they kept the whole evening on schedule and they were great at coordinating with us & our venue. At the reception they read the crowd and played the perfect music selections at all the right times. Even our Grandparents were up on the dance floor! All of our guest commented on how great they were! I can't say enough about how thankful I am that they were our DJ's for our wedding day & I would highly recommend them to anyone I know!
Jered & Ollie made our wedding amazing. They took the stress out of planning with they're very professional planning tools. It was nice to hire a DJ and not worry about anything else - they were there as promised and ready. I would recommend GenX to anyone no matter what the event.

Jered & Ollie did our St. Patrick's Day Wedding in 2009. We loved working with these two! They had planners to use so nothing would be forgotten, a huge song list, etc. etc. They let us pick all the Irish music we wanted for the ceremony and the reception. AND they came to the rehearsal so they could get things right. Showed up when they were sick. We can’t sing their praises enough. We got them at off-season weekday rates, but would pay for in-season weekend rates if we need DJ’s for another occasion. Thanks guys! You ARE THE BEST!!!

GenX Productions provided the DJ services for several weddings for which I served as the onsite event manager this past year. They provided flawless DJ & MC services including sound system & lighting, which were flawless from beginning to end. I have worked with many DJs for for many VIP & high-profile events for years & I can honestly say that Jered, Ollie & the entire GenXPro team are simply the best!

I have been to several events, including Birthdays and a few corporate events where Gen X was a DJ. I know the family that has continually used them for that purpose and I feel they have done a fabulous job every time. I can't express how many times I've been to a wedding where the DJ has been horrible and I would reccommend Gen X Productions to anyone wanting a great DJ.
My company uses them every year for our holiday party and they are always great. They do a great job adjust the music to get people up and dancing along with playing what you already asked for. Also they wont play a song a guest askes them to if they feel it is inappropriate without checking with you first. They are energetic and our guest always have a great time.
They have rocked our holiday parties, birthday parties and are on it. Great show and great people. Nobody does a better job. They add cool stuff every year and are..the best.
Very organized. Didn't interrupt the flow of the reception. Professional manner and limited their interaction with wedding party, family, and guests to what was necessary. Very appropriate and tasteful presentation of selves.
