There are so many interesting "roadside attractions" that I decided to vote from the few that are in the running. The Fremont Troll is a friend that I've visited whenever I'm showing friends around from out of town. If you haven't visited the Troll, I suggest that you bring a camera and expect to spend a bit of time to explore it. It's so big that you can climb on it. Fremont also offers many, many unique shops, places to eat and the geocaching "headquarters" are located there - (groundspeak.com) -- geocaching and the troll do have a relationship.

One of my pet peaves is that too many people see the Troll as a road side attraction -- like they never get out of the car!! What!! I think that you need to climb on the Troll's back to really understand the awesomeness of the sculpture.

I take everyone who comes to visit me to the Troll. I love just wandering by him when I'm in the area.
