Pizzeria Fondi is a relaxed yet lively restaurant that draws influence from the finest pizzerias from Napoli to Roma. Our pizza's authentic Neapolitan style uses the freshest and finest ingredients. The dough, sauces and seasonings are prepared fresh daily as is the house made Mozzarella which is hand stretched and formed from fresh cow curd. Once created, the pizza is fired in our brick oven where flames maintain a temperature between 750 and 800 degrees perfectly cooking the pizza in 90 seconds or less. In addition, both large and small salads of exceptional quality and taste using the freshest greens mixtures and dressings are offered.

Arugula and Prosciutto is the absolute best! True Italian combination. Add the caprese salad, the glass of red, and I'm back in Rome!

We love this place! GREAT fresh tasting pizza....friendly, and the "pizza, salad, and beverage" special is a fabulous deal.
