A very inviting and comfortible atmosphere, and a short walk from anywhere in town.

It's intimate, with real butter on the popcorn, the owner comes in and gives you a synopsis of the movie and the theater.

Two words: Baby Room. With a newborn, going to the movies has become as rare as a dodo, but the Firehouse Theater's Baby Room (an enclosed booth at the back of the main theater that allows a family with noisy babies or children to enjoy a movie without having to worry about disturbing other patrons) has allowed my wife and me to start catching up on the latest releases once again.

Wonderful staff. The owner came out before the movie started and chatted with us about the film and upcoming movies. We just love having a movie theatre in our little town!

The owner Craig Smith personally tells us about the movie before the showing! It is so cool, like a private showing.

It is a wonderful, intimate theatre where you can see the latest flicks without having to deal with a cineplex. The staff is great, you can have breakfast or lunch in the cafe and even rent a movie!

They are new to the area, renovated our outdated firehouse, and filled a need for a local theater. They're personal, offer a good selection for everyone, innovative too-- opened a nice restaurant next door. Great!
