I really think the work environment counts. F5 wastes no expense in making sure you're comfortable and involved in your work environment. They go out of their way bringing their employees together to collaborate efficiently in creating great quality poducts.

This has been the absolute best company I have EVER worked for! Beer Fridays, awesome co workers, exciting products, and I get to look at Elliott Bay every day! This is the best company , hands down! :D

Dude... Beer Friday, great environment, outstanding medical and vacation packages, Summer BBQ's in the courtyard.... All that while beating the tar out of Cisco and other major companies in network data management. You just can't go wrong with this company.
