The Early Learning Center at Everett Community College offers licensed and accredited on-campus childcare and preschool for children ages 12 months to 5 years for students, faculty, staff and community members. EvCC also offers the Early Childhood Education and Assistance Program (ECEAP), a free preschool and family support program for 4- and 5-year-olds and their families.
