Not many people can say that they look forward to going to work. I leave each day feeling good about the work that I do. It is a priviledge to take care of the elders in our community. They make us better people as we learn to see through their eyes. We laugh, we cry, we are touched by the stories they tell. Each of us contributes our individual skills and talents to make a team that I have been proud to be a part of for the past 10 years. Thank you ERA for a wonderful place to work.

I have enjoyed working at The Gardens at Town Square for 11 years. Thank God this is my first job and I hope to continue to be a part of this wonderful organization that respects employees and enriches the lives of our residents. This is family.
