Simply-THE BEST!! Extremely knowledgeable and professional. Dr. Welk is always very honest, and realistic. You never feel like he is trying to talk you into any procedure. However, he has always made the right choices, and steered me in the right direction. Also, the staff is extremely friendly, comforting, and efficient.

He's done 3 surgeries on me and the results are amazing. The best thing for me was the fact that he wont let his patients feel sickness or pain. It's like going to a spa for a facial! He is fantastic!!!

My results were perfection~what more do you need to know? Spent all the time I needed explaining the procedure and was available for follow up questions. Is very conservative in approach and actually discouraged surgery that was unnecessary or premature.
