All the fantastic things you've heard about Dr. Grenley are true! I'm a patient of his and I was referred to Seattle Plastic Surgery by a good friend of mine who is a patient of his as well. She previously had gotten a breast augmentation from some other doctor a few years ago, some doc-in-the-box place, and her breasts were a terrible mess!

She decided that she would find the absolute best surgeon to "fix" what this other surgeon had done to her, so she took over a full year to conduct an intensive study which entailed appts/consultations and interviews with virtually ALL the top surgeons in King, Snohomish, Pierce and Thurston counties. Dr. Grenley was the clear and final choice!

He did an amazing job at fixing her breasts & she was in tears at how perfect they looked!

I proceeded to get my augmentation 7 months later and again, Dr. Grenley, lived up to his stellar reputation! My augementation looks spectacular and completely natural! I am so thrilled and cannot express how thankful & lucky I feel to have been referred to him. The doctor and his entire staff were wonderful from start to finish. They just couldn't get any better! He is, hands down, the best there is!
