Dr. Baxter and his staff are caring, professional, and they go above and beyond to make sure each patient is happy. After visiting with approximately 9 other plastic surgeons, I finally chose Dr Baxter. With the type of work I wanted to have done, I felt he was the only one who truly cared about what I wanted for an outcome, and that he was the only one that I could trust to do a great job. I am extremely happy with the results and could not have chosen a better surgeon. In the months following my surgery Dr. Baxter and his team kept in constant contact with me to make sure everything was healing well and made extra effort to make themselves available either by phone or in person any time I had a question. I could not imagine going anywhere else and receiving this high level of care and support. Dr Baxter and his team are compassionate and Dr Baxter is very talented. They are such wonderful people who sincerely care about each person that comes into their office.

Amazing staff, the best skin care anywhere, and Dr. Baxter is incredibly talented plus he really cares about his staff and patients/customers. He is always in it for the patient and is conservative in that he would never recommend any product or perform any procedure unless he knows it would be a good fit for the individual.
I had lipo on two sep. occasions and recent breast aug. by Dr. Baxter. I've had plenty of consults w/ Docs all over W. Washington. He was honest and up front about what results could be acheived. Very thorough anwering all of my questions. The recovery time was minimal. I was expecting pain but I would explain it as discomfort. My breasts look and feel completely natural. The scars are almost unnoticable. I have seen many results from breast Aug. (most of my friends have had it done) This is how I know his work is REMARKABLE. I'm fortunate to have found him and so I want to spread the word.

Going into a plastic surgens office can sometimes be scary and intimidating but Dr. Baxter really has a way of making you feel at ease. He is a very humble and generous with his kindness, you can see that he really loves what he does and wants the best for you. The office is inviting and his staff are all so nice. Overall I would say that he is THE best in Western Washington!
Dr. Baxter did my silicone breast implants in 2001! Within 2 weeks I was atv'ing in Whistler canada! I had very minamal bruising (compared to friends who had the same procedure) I have had so so many compliments on my breasts:) I am considering redoing mine since my baby and will not hesitate to go through Dr. Baxter again! I am actually considering a little lipo for that little tummy bulge as well! I had seen 2 different plastic surgeons in Bellevue prior to meeting him! I had some very unfortunate results! He is honestely the best person in my opinion for this award!

Great surgeon.Would trust him for everything. Wish i could get more work done by him. Money tight now but I am saving for botox!! Dr. Baxter is very well educated and respected! Thank you Dr. Baxter and a great staff!
Does excellent work. His staff is great as well. I originally went there for a tummy tuck, which turned out bueatiful. But I now also go there for my regular facials and skin care products.
Best Plastic Surgeon....
He has a WONDERFUL staff. I have used him for a few years now for botox and I have a LOT of friends that have his breast augmuntation work and he knows how to make them look REAL.
Dr. Baxter is a very caring individual who always listens to his patients wants/wishes. He is a wonderful man who knows his work.
