Wonderful people, DELICIOUS steaks and meats. I love having restaurant quality steaks at home. You've got to try the spicy marinated tri-tips; melt in your mouth tender. Thanks for introducing me to that cut one summer many years ago Doug...I'm hooked! This is the place for fabulous hot Italian sausage and a spicy beef jerky my family in the midwest asks me to bring every time I visit.
