Diva Espresso

Category: Coffee Shop (163 listings)

The evolution of Highlands Coffee Company had its beginnings in Diva Espresso (created by two partners and brought to life in January 1992). From 1992 to 1998, Diva paid her growing-pains dues, ultimately thriving in both North Seattle and West Seattle, cultivating kaffeeclatsch (coffee and gossip) in two funky/eclectic neighborhood coffeehouses. Come take part in the Wondrous Adventure of the Bean, as we foster its transformation from Splendid Newcomer to Perfection-In-A-Cup.

Diva Espresso is the best most consistent coffee shop in Seattle. No one...I repeat NO ONE does foam like these guys! They also hand pull and time their shots ristretto style ensuring you will never get a bitter shot. The blended drinks and delicious pastry round out the delightfulness. The owner's are amazing.

This is the best coffee in Seattle, hands down! Fair trade, great employees, and a funky but comfortable place to sit a while just add to the reasons why you should ditch your Starbucks and become a Diva. New one opening downtown soon!

Diva is under rated..
I've had more consistent luck with them than any other coffee place in the NW.

Diva is the best for coffee! My local barista adjusts the coffee roasting temperature based on the humidity and the number of people in the shop -- they really take it seriously! And it's seriously good.

I know the Barkers and if I don't vote, there will be major consequences in my life.
