Fun people and cozy gym. The greeting of the bulldog as well as nice members took away some of nervousness going into my first crossfit class. After the pain and burning lungs I fell in love. Go CF425

I've tried 425 and Amped. It's important to me that the trainers do a good job of making sure I use proper from during some of the workouts as I begin to build stength back up. So far, 425 trainers are the best at this.
